OUR UPDATE AND OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR COVID-19
Dear Valued Customer:
The COVID-19 situation is quite fluid, and we continue to monitor it multiple times daily. At Premier Home Renovations, please know that we are following and have implemented the latest CDC guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our Customers and TEAM Members; thus, we are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe.
Our team is fully equipped to still do inspections for your exterior home or business needs with ZERO in-person contact needed. Our sales consultant will arrive at the designated time and call you to confirm that they are on site, and communicate to you they will be performing the inspection.
The inspection can include your ROOF, SIDING and GUTTERS whichever trade you’re currently having issues with. Our sales consultant will be equipped with either a drone for a full roof report or aerial report. Either one will require zero human contact.
After our the inspection is complete, our sales consultant will generate a proposal. We can schedule a Zoom conference meeting and will be able to deliver the same level of service via video presentation.
Further, we have implemented a work from home program which will minimize the risk for our team and customers. Currently, our Sales & Office TEAM is now working remotely. Our Service TEAM will be making limited stops to the Warehouse and will be calling to let you know when they have arrived and when they are leaving instead of knocking on your door or ringing your doorbell. Furthermore, since our work is performed on the exterior of your home, there is virtually no human contact required.
