So glad a family member referred Premier Home Renovations when they found out we were looking for a new roof, facia, soffits and gutters. Carlos is absolutely a pleasure to work with. He and his crew were always on time, worked hard and were respectful of both our time and our home from start to finish. Carlos and Edwin kept us informed every step of the way. They were awesome. I would absolutely recommend Premier to anyone who appreciates excellent work and good old fashion customer service!

Having never had the misfortune of needing to use our homeowners insurance, we were anxious when we found we needed to replace our roof after major hail damage. George met with us and explained the process, advised us who to speak with at our insurance company and came to meet with the insurance adjuster when he was looking at the damage. His advice helped us get started on something we were dreading. His support as we went along was invaluable. Everything went smoothly and before we knew it, we were approved for a new roof AND gutters as well as screens we had not even realized were damaged until they showed us. Premier scheduled our installation on a Friday, told us what time to expect the crew, what they would be doing, and the process after the work was done. George checked in with us the day the roof was installed. The workers were timely, courteous and listened to our requests. They were careful not to get any debris in our swimming pool or the vegetable garden. They were very polite, competent and efficient at the job, and in one day we had a whole new BEAUTIFUL roof! Gutters and screens were scheduled a couple weeks later, and that crew was as quick, efficient and skilled as the first. We could not have been happier with our experience using Premier Home Renovations. George is a man of his word. He stands behind his company and cares about his customers. He tells you how it is. The whole process between Premier and the insurance went smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a thing! We have recommended Premier to others and are happy to say that one of our close neighbors is now using them to have a roof installed. If you are not sure where to go and you need a new roof, I would not hesitate to share our wonderful experience with you. Premier Home Renovations has an excellent, well-coordinated team from their receptionist at the office to their constructions crews. Had engaged the company to assist me in a decision on a property. All I can say is I thank God George came out for the job. He was thorough, punctual(actually showed up early), took his time in assessing every inch of the roof, the state of the gutters and provided a written estimate a surgeon would be envious of!!! Best of all I walked away, truly educated about roofs in simple English, not industry-speak.
